Are Macro Snacks Vegan?

Every flavor of Macro Snacks is 100% vegan, with the exception of Pizza Pie. We use plant-based protein for the base and utilize the latest technologies to create dairy free seasoning for our Rocking Ranch, Sour Cream and Onion, and Cheddar Cheese flavors.

Are Macro Snacks Gluten-Free?

Yes, all Macro Snacks products are Gluten-Free

How do I count Macros?

Macro counting or tracking seems hard, but it is actually really simple. There are many online calculators that will help you determine the amount of each macronutrient you need to hit your specific goals. Put simply, you find the macro ratio that take the number of calories each macronutrient provides and divide it by the total calories in the snack or food. Example: Macro Snacks have 11g of protein per 140 calorie serving. Each gram of protein has 4 calories, so 11 x 4 = 44. Take that number and divide it by the total calories in the bag. 44/140= .31 or 31%. We round down to get to an even number of 30% protein per bag of Macro Snacks. For reference, each gram of carbs has 4 calories and fat has 9 calories per gram.

How long does delivery take?

Typically you will receive your order within 2-3 business days of placing it. You have the option to purchase expedited shipping if you just cant wait for your snacks =)

What makes your Macro Snack balanced?

Our snacks are balanced in accordance with the USDA/FDA recommended daily allotment (RDA) for macronutrients. They recommend your daily consumption should be 45% carbs, 30% protein, and 25% fat. We formulated our snacks to match this recommendation so when you eat our snacks, you stay right on track!

What is your returns policy?

Macro Snacks can be returned if they were ordered by mistake or the wrong flavor was delivered. If they have been opened, they cannot be returned.

Check out our macro snacks blog. There is also this really cool website called google.com where you can search for information. There are tons of articles from experts on macronutrients, they can steer you in the right direction.

What is Macro Snacking?

People who follow a macro diet, track their consumption of fat, carbohydrates and protein. Macro snacking means to follow the macro diet in the snacks you eat. Macro Snacks create a macro balanced snack which means you don't have to count the macros of your snacks. Plus they are super tasty! 

What can you eat on a Macro Diet?

Essentially, you can eat all foods as long as they follow the correct ratio of fat, carbohydrates and protein. However, it is much harder to consume the correct macro ratios when eating unhealthy snacks. That's why we created Macro Snacks, a healthier alternative to your favourite snacks, which are tasty and macro balanced! 

What are good protein snacks? 

Good protein snacks are snacks with high amounts of protein in them but are also easy to carry around with you and tasty! Otherwise you won't want to snack on them at all. Our macro snacks have 10+ grams of protein per pack, making them the perfect protein snack.
